I appreciate that. I didn&#039;t really think a comment from a stranger would do much for me, but I guess hearing from someone who&#039;s been there makes me feel some kind of immediate bond over that almost shared experience - despite living separate lives. Hopefully over the next few years I can talk more about this to help people who have had to deal with the same things we have.]]></description>

It’s not something we can explain properly but it’s a feeling of regret, discomfort and the feeling of instability - and it can be one of the most anxiety provoking things of all times.
